The removal rate of nitrifying bacteria is increased from 38% to 82%. Shandong Jingzhi Wine Co., Ltd., located at Jingzhi Town, one of the "three most ancient towns in Shandong", has a history of brewing for 5000 years. Its plant covers an area of 800,000 square meters, its total assets is 1 billion yuan, and its output of wine can reach 100,000 tons annually.  The company is a large key liquor-making enterprises in Shandong province, top 50 liquor production enterprises in China. And the largest production enterprise of sesame flavor liquor in China

The type of wastewater produced by Jingzhi Liquor Industry is alcoholic wastewater, and the system treatment capacity is 1500m3/d. The following is the process flow of biochemical treatment system:

As can be seen from the above table, the systematic ammonia nitrogen removal rate of Jingzhi Wine Industry is not high, only 38%. The demand of jingzhi wine industry is making its system ammonia nitrogen below 25mg/L after biosynergizing.
